Do you do custom orders? 

Absolutely! Get in contact with us and let's chat. We're more than happy to work within your budget while still bringing you the most beautiful product. In fact, we encourage you to do this before purchasing. 

But if you like what you see - go for it.

Can I pick up my order?

Of course. We are based in Botany Downs, Auckland. You'll be able to see our address and option for pick up at checkout. Pick up times are weekdays between the hours of 11 am to 6 pm. Times are to be arranged prior to pick up. 

Note: Under COVID-19 Restrictions we can only allow contactless pick-up when permitted. All other instances, contactless delivery will be used or unless advised otherwise.

Do you provide gift wrapping?

We certainly do! Our gift wrapping appears as a separate option on specific products though we can do this for almost of our arrangements. Gift wrapping colours are subject to market availability, may not be as pictured.

Where do you ship?

We are based in Auckland, New Zealand. Most of our products can be shipped nationwide, however, some larger creations may only be available for local deliveries within Auckland. 

Due to different countries having different biosecurity laws and the fragility of our products, at this stage, we are not able to ship outside of New Zealand. 

How long does shipping take?

We aim to have your order ready for shipping within 3 working days. Delivery can then take up to 3-5 business days, although this is at the discretion of the shipping company. Rural deliveries incur an additional charge which will be automatically calculated at checkout.

How long do dried florals last?

Dried and preserved florals can last for years if well taken care of. Flowers can begin to fade in 6-12 months. To preserve its colour for as long as possible, we advise keeping them out of direct sunlight. Even when faded, they can still be very beautiful with a natural, ethereal look.

A light mist of hairspray will also help retain colour and keep it from shedding. We suggest keeping them in a dry environment, as exposure to damp areas can cause mould.

If your arrangements get dusty, try using a hairdryer on a low, cool setting.

Where do you source your flowers from? 

Most of our products are sourced from local floristry wholesalers and farms in Auckland, however, there are a few hard to obtain items that we import. 

We also pick from our own little garden and dry our own flowers!

I've seen something I like from a previous collection, can I still order it?

In most cases, given stock is available, we can recreate something from a previous collection. Just keep in mind these are natural products, so it may not be exactly the same.
